What this notice covers

This notice explains what happens to information submitted through the “Request a Proposal” form and any direct email or phone contact on this website (https://www.soumyashreechatterjee.com).

What is collected

The proposal form collects your name, work email, organisation, and details about the training requirement you describe. Telephone number, job title, preferred location, timeframe, duration and budget range are optional. No payment information is collected anywhere on this site.

How it is used

Information you submit is used only to respond to your enquiry. This site has no server or database of its own: the proposal form submits directly from your browser to Web3Forms, a third-party form-to-email service, which forwards the submission by email and does not publish or share it further. Bot protection

The proposal form includes a hidden field ("honeypot") that catches many automated bots, and Web3Forms runs its own server-side spam checks on every submission before it is forwarded by email.

Sharing

Enquiry information is not sold or shared with third parties beyond Web3Forms, the service necessary to deliver form submissions to Soumyashree by email, and the hosting provider (Cloudflare) that serves this website.
